At first I thought Jon was only helping parents workout and get fit but that wasn’t the case. Connecting with Jon and starting my fitness journey with him has nothing but amazing. I started around March of 2021 and by summertime I was looking amazing and couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve worked with Jon for 2 years now and let me tell you he was is a LIFE CHANGER. I work full-time I have a family and on top of all this I have Multiple Sclerosis. I was always kinda skeptical of the online coaching thing. I had been following Jon for 2 years to even inquiring about coaching. I was seeing his clients having success with his program and he was a all around good person. I was at a point in my life I had to make changes I just turned 36 I was 300 plus lbs and was not in a good place so I decided to look into Jons program. Fast forward NOW I’m down 80 plus lbs. Jon taught me how to sustainably lose weight, look and feel better and I am fully confident the skills he has taught me will persist for the rest of my life. Lost 17.5 lbs in 5 months and never felt like I was sacrificing anything. Since starting the program in January, I’ve gone down two sizes. I also noticed I have less aches and pains in my joints. As a dad, I was always in the mode of taking care of everyone else, I can take care of myself later. My biggest breakthrough was pretty immediate to be honest, just getting started and seeing results. I think the other piece was realizing that I can make time. Honestly, I’d recommend it to anyone. The diet isn’t that hard. The workouts aren’t too bad (2-3 hours a week). It’s easier than I would have expected, I’m not doing cardio for hours on end (I’m actually doing ZERO cardio and have lost over 30lbs in 4 months)
